The bells of the Carillon will chime starting at 4 PM today for the annual Memorial Day concert. Says The Department of Parks & Recreation on the event:

We will be offering a free concert at 4:00 p.m. on the Carillon bells played by Larry Robinson, who is celebrating his 50th year of playing Richmond's Carillon. He will play patriotic music and other selections. Following the concert there will be an Open House with light refreshments.
