Boulevardizen.com is the blog formerly known as 10SBoulevard.com. The original site was created when several tenants within an apartment building formed a very local website to communicate on news important to them and help make their homes a safer place to call home. This site grew and grew in its audience and sphere of coverage to the point that it no longer fit the original billing of a site dedicated to a single mailing address.
